AN EVENING OF TOUCH is a monthly Laboratory about touch, taking place on the last Thursday at Village Berlin. In a safe space, we will explore different forms of touch and how the touch effects us as giver or receiver. Each evening will focus on a specific theme.
• Topics
January – Pantarei
Tonight we work with forms of touch looking through the lens of the way in which the Pantarei Approach is supporting uniqueness. Axel and Jochen are both Pantarei Practitioners.
• Format
We start with guided exercises around the subject. We tune into our attention and our presence in our own body and in space. How can we listen with our hands and our skin, mindful and with empathy? There will be lots of space for improvisation and mutual touch. In between, we have moments of feedback talking about and mirroring our experiences with the touch, the holding, and its effects.
• Setting
The workshop facilitates an inclusive and safe space for mutual, consensual, non-sexual touch. Experience with massage is not necessary to participate.
Please bring some training-clothes (or whatever clothes you feel comfortable in) and a sheet/towel
This event will be held in German or English depending on the needs of the group.
