Die psychosoziale Beratung ist auf Wunsch kostenlos und anonym. Zentrale Themen sind Coming-out, sexuelle oder geschlechtliche Identit\u00e4t, psychische Belastungen sowie Konflikte und Diskriminierungserfahrungen in Unterk\u00fcnften. Die Weitervermittlung an andere Kompetenzzentren und Netzwerke ist ebenfalls Teil ihrer Aktivit\u00e4ten.
