Beginners and advanced participants can benefit from the program as everyone is integrated where they are at any given time.<\/p>\n<p>The course starts with a 10-minute warm-up, followed by partner work. Each of the partner rounds takes us one step further. Part of the exercises are: Breathing, concentration, respect, control.
