Wie lange dauert es, bis ich mich daran gew\u00f6hnt habe, so zu sein, wie die Natur mich geschaffen hat? Nacktes Yoga geht auf eine Tradition zur\u00fcck, die einige tausend Jahre alt ist und bei der nichts, nicht einmal ein Lendenschurz, zwischen dir und deiner g\u00f6ttlichen Natur stehen sollte \u2013 eine Form der ultimativen Entsagung von weltlichen Dingen.<\/p>\n<p>Erotik und Sexualit\u00e4t stehen dabei nicht im Vordergrund.
