Queer Bridges is designed to foster connections and provide support for LGBTQIA+ individuals who have migrated or been displaced, aligning with our overall mission.

Queer migrants and displaced individuals in Berlin often face challenges in their everyday lives such as language barriers, cultural differences and a lack of established networks, which can limit their access to supportive communities and inclusive environments.

Our Queer Bridges program is dedicated to overcoming these obstacles by providing resources, facilitating networking opportunities, and offering support in a welcoming environment. We celebrate the transformative power of community and diversity, promoting cultural exchange and personal growth through inclusive in-person and online programs and initiatives. Our goal is to empower queer people with migration experiences by creating offerings that nurture a sense of belonging within the local LGBTQIA+ community. By closing these gaps, we contribute to better and more enriching integration and improve the quality of life for all.
