Partner Yoga

Partner yoga is a playful form of yoga. You stretch and strengthen together while tuning into your own and the other’s body. you lean on each other, stretch away from each other, support each other or use each other’s body weight. You communicate verbally and physically, you sweat and have fun. You don’t need to come with a partner, we switch partners a few times during the class. Also you don’t need to have experience with yoga or be particularly flexible.
