Finding Community: Pathways Out of Loneliness

The first group is already fully booked. | LGBTQIA+ | In our group work, spaces emerge in which belonging and exchange can be experienced directly. Personal topics are explored together and experiences are shared, making new ways out of isolation tangible. Facilitated exercises, shifts of perspective, and shared reflection foster connectedness, strengthen social effectiveness, and create strategies for sustainable relationships that extend beyond individual sessions.

| TIN* | Ein somatischer Bewegungsraum für TIN*-Körper (trans*, inter*, nicht-binäre, agender und genderqueere Personen). Inspiriert von Body-Mind Centering®, der Atemarbeit nach Ilse Middendorf, Authentic Movement und Feldenkrais verbinden die Sessions angeleitete Bewegung, Berührung, Improvisation und Reflexion. Auf Basis von Konsens, Autonomie und Care stärkt die Praxis Körperwahrnehmung, Selbstbestimmung und Resilienz in einer unterstützenden Gemeinschaft.

The wooded peninsula invites you to hike along the shores of Zeuthener See and Krossinsee lakes. Various picnic areas invite you to rest and let your gaze wonder across the water. There are also places to swim.

In a joint letting go ritual we will free ourselves from past pain and create space for the new. Experience intuitive creation as a playful approach to healing.

It Is Not The Homosexual Who is Perverse, But the Society in Which He Lives Director: Rosa von Praunheim 1971 - 67 min, doc German with engl subtitles Guest: Wieland Speck In tribute to the late iconic film director, author and activist Rosa Von Praunheim, and in collaboration with special guest, film director and former director of Berlinale’s Panorama section, ­Wieland Speck, join us for a special tribute in which we will watch Rosa’s contribution to queer cinema where we will be viewing his groundbreaking film “It Is Not the Homosexual Who is Perverse but the Society in Which He Lives”.

Wir bieten jedes Jahr über 600 Events für die LGBTQIA+ Community an – die Hälfte davon kostenlos – möglich gemacht durch über 100 Facilitator*innen, 80 Ehrenamtliche, 20 freie Mitarbeitende und ein engagiertes Kernteam von 10 Personen.
