Queer Bridges: Clay Healing Journey Workshop

with Thuli Wolf

Join us for the Clay Healing Journey, a hands-on workshop where you connect with your emotions by sculpting clay while blindfolded. This process allows you to transfer an inner struggle into physical form, transform emotions through a shared embodied ritual, while opening up to new choices and possibilities. Experience the power of collective healing in a supportive environment.

The Clay Healing Journey is a guided meditation, offering you a way to gently connect to inner pain by emerging into the sensory experience of sculpting clay while being blindfolded. By transforming the piece of clay into the tangible form of your personal struggle you allow to externalize it, taking away its magnitude and control over your life. In a joint letting-go-ritual you are invited to say fare-well to your pain and create space for something new to come. The opportunity to share your experience within a small and intimate group will allow you to make sense of your emotional state and help you to see that you are not alone.

Thuli Wolf is a Berlin-based art therapist, artist, medical doctor, and public speaker, who helps her clients uncover their unconsciousness through authentic creative expression. Her offerings range from 1:1 and group sessions to company events. In her sessions she creates a judgment-free space for safer self-expression, exploration and transformation. Having experienced it herself, Thuli strongly believes in the healing power of art because it offers a playful and yet profound way to navigate life’s challenges. It is her mission to enable people to live a more creative and therefore healthier life. www.thuliwolf.com

Queer Bridges: Forging connections and providing resources for LGBTQIA+ people with experiences of migration and/or displacement. Queer people with experiences of migration and/or displacement in Berlin often face unique challenges in their daily lives that can limit their access to supportive communities and inclusive environments. With the support of the Deutsche Fernsehlotterie Stiftung, we have developed the Queer Bridges program to overcome these barriers We provide resources, networking and support in a welcoming environment for queer immigrants and refugees through our special program. Our goal is to foster a sense of belonging to the local LGBTQIA+ community, enabling smooth integration and an improved quality of life for queer folks with experiences of migration and/or displacement. ✅Our Queer Bridges program will continue to evolve and we are always happy to hear about your needs.
