Get Ready to Feel – A Sensual Touch Ritual
Sensual Touch Lab Series with Markus Kaufmann
Today’s sensual touch ritual is an invitation to embark on this journey of exploration.
When it comes to intimacy and physical contact, many of us tend to get caught up in our heads. We may worry about doing something wrong, crossing a boundary, being rejected, or simply not knowing what to do.
One way back into the body is to slow down and open the senses. This workshop guides you step by step — beginning with self-touch and sensory awareness, moving into partner work, and eventually into group experiences.
We will focus on creating a space that feels safe, respectful and empowering. Drawing from trauma-sensitive bodywork and intimacy coaching, the workshop offers a variety of practices and invitations — while you remain fully in charge of your own experience. You always decide what you want to participate in, when you want to pause, and what feels right for you.
Come as you are, get curious, and join us for this sensual touch ritual.
What to expect
• Self-touch exercises and sensory awareness practices to slow down and tune in to your body
• Partner work exploring giving and receiving touch — weight, pace, texture, pressure
• Group experiences building on what you’ve explored with partners
• A space where you decide what you participate in, when to pause, and what feels right
• Nudity is welcome but not required. The workshop does not include sexual activities.
• You will be partnered with different participants. All practices are optional.

What is Sensual Touch Lab Series for GBTQ+ Men*?
Sensual Touch Lab Series for GBTQ+ Men* is a monthly workshop where we aim to create a space for sensual closeness and playful encounters.
Embodied, somatic experiences that appreciate our full-bodied nature. Using sensuality as an approach to explore new ways of dealing with our own fears or patterns related to nudity, intimacy, and touch. We invite you to explore, communicate, and possibly expand your personal boundaries within a framework of mutual respect and consent. This opens up the opportunity to experience the power of touch, sensation, and non-verbal interpersonal connection.
Each event will be a guided process, which will have a special touch depending on the theme and background of the facilitator*, whether it be bodywork and touch, somatics and intimacy, or something else. These short workshops may include nudity, partner exercises or close physical interactions.
