Radical world building through grassroots & community care. Become a doula and hold space for folks in all shades of reproductive life, from fertility to abortion to birth, postpartum and loss.
The Training begins with four days in person in community, Aug. 17-20th, 2026. It’s followed by ten months of ongoing mentorship and guidance as you begin working with your first clients. Opportunity for professional doula certification.

Gem Kocher (they/them) is a queer doula educator. They’ve accompanied hundreds of families through birth and postpartum since 2015. In 2020, they began supporting folks as a gender transition doula. Gem served as Lead Educator and Head of Curriculum Development at Doula Trainings International before going on to found the Rainbow Doula Training in Berlin.

• Learn how to fill your cup as a caregiver to avoid and heal from burnout/ compassion fatigue
• Inclusive, reproductive justice oriented lens in which the wisdom and presence of people of color, disabled folks, and queer families are honored & celebrated
• 4 days of core curriculum in person, followed by ten months self guided study and field work with ongoing mentorship
• The opportunity to certify for your lifetime, with no need to re-certify or pay dues
