Description

Resonant Connection: A Collective Grounding Sound Bath

with Rajaa Sabbagh

Join Rajaa for a sound healing session designed to ground your being and expand your awareness through the restorative power of sound. Using the pure, harmonic tones of Alchemy Crystal Bowls, Tibetan bowls, tubular and bamboo chimes, this immersive experience invites you to lie back, release tension, and reconnect to a sense of ease within yourself.

The session opens with gentle breathwork and a guided grounding meditation, creating a safe, supportive space for you to fully arrive. As cascading vibrations envelop your body and mind, you’re invited to soften, listen inward, and liberate yourself from the noise of fast-paced systems and daily demands.

This gathering offers a communal practice of pausing, tuning in, and tending to your inner landscape — an opportunity to root yourself in the present moment, in the company of others, and leave feeling nourished, balanced, and re-centered.

Rajaa Sabbagh is a holistic multidisciplinary practitioner dedicated to integrative care and social impact. A trauma-informed sound healing practitioner, drawing expertise from social work, human rights, NLP, and Intercultural Mediation. Her mission is contributing to universal healing through holding safe(r) spaces where you can come back home to yourself {Root in Peace} and speak your truth {Rise in Trust and Love}, by accompanying you in embracing inner transformations through sound, while fostering influential collective change.

Queer Bridges: Forging connections and providing resources for LGBTQIA+ people with migration experiences.

Queer people with migrant backgrounds in Berlin often face unique challenges in their daily lives that can limit their access to supportive communities and inclusive environments.

With the support of the Deutsche Fernsehlotterie Stiftung, we have developed the Queer Bridges program to overcome these barriers. We provide resources, networking and support in a welcoming environment for queer immigrants and refugees through our special program. Our goal is to foster a sense of belonging to the local LGBTQIA+ community, enabling smooth integration and an improved quality of life for queer folks with experiences of migration and/or displacement.

✅ Our Queer Bridges program will continue to evolve and we are always happy to hear about your needs. If you are interested, you can send us an e-mail to stay informed about further updates.
