Description
Regenerative Touch
A Leibarbeit Evening with Manuel Stotzka
How can we deeply connect to each other? How can we learn to touch each other so that it feels right for all parties involved? The intuitive bodywork/body psychotherapy Leibarbeit offers a unique and intuitive approach to that. In the workshop we will tune in to our own sensitivity and awareness. This deepened attunement to ourselves will be our starting point to connect to others.
Manuel Stotzka is non-binary and works as a bodyworker and practices Chinese medicine in Berlin. This includes acupuncture, Tui Na and Leibarbeit.
What is Regenarative Touch?
Regenerative Touch monthly workshop where we explore together to slow down, drop into our bodies and explore the profound impact of human touch in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Touch, often overlooked in daily life, is a basic human need. In these workshops, we create a space solely for its regenerative and healing power, free from any romantic or sexual connotations.
Touch communicates directly, reaching places words cannot. Did you ever experience the calming effect of a warm embrace or a comforting hand on your shoulder? Even a brief 15-minute hand-holding session can lead to a significant decrease in heart rate, reduction in blood pressure, signaling a strong relaxation response. A simple 20-second hug can lead to higher levels of oxytocin, the hormone associated with bonding and trust.
Every Month, our facilitator will lead discussions on themes like presence, nervous system regulation, and emotional safety, focusing on hands-on experiences rather than techniques. No bodywork experience necessary—just bring your curiosity.
