Holding Each Other - A community evening of care and connection

Holding Each Other - A community evening of care and connection with Village Community

The violence and hostility towards our queer community has affected many of us. In recognition of the broader reality that queer people are too often made to feel unsafe and oppressed — we want to create space for grief, anger, fear, helplessness, and also solidarity, connection and care.
Join us this Friday from 7:00 pm at Village for an evening of connection, support and community.
A small team of facilitators will offer different ways to slow down, reconnect and support each other. There will be space for self-reflection, sharing, quiet moments, gentle touch and simply being together.

Feel free to arrive whenever it suits you and stay as long as you like. A new session starts every 30 minutes, so you can join for each of them.

Our thoughts are with everyone who was there, everyone who was hurt, and everyone who is grieving today.
we are village stands with Berlin’s LGBTIQ+ community — now, and always. Violence like this is meant to make us feel afraid, but we refuse to hide. Instead, we stand in solidarity for our community.
Let’s check on each other. If you need help, ask. If you can help, offer.
Our love is stronger than hate. Our solidarity is stronger than fear. Together, we heal. Together, we are strong.
