Their project MILES offers psychosocial and legal counseling for LGBTIQ* people with refugee and migration experiences and their relatives. The psychosocial counseling is free and anonymous if desired. Central topics include coming out, sexual or gender identity, psychological stress, as well as conflicts and experiences of discrimination in accommodations. Referral to other competence centers and networks is also part of their activities. In cooperation with LGBTIQ*-sensitive specialist lawyers and with the Refugee Law Clinic Berlin, they also offer anonymous and free advice on asylum and residence law.
