Boxing is a sport that not only increases endurance, coordination and performance – above all, self-confidence and resilience are promoted, which contributes significantly to mental and physical health. The training brings a lot of variety and fun with it, individual goals and requirements can be specifically addressed. The training comes with a lot of variety and fun. Individual goals and requirements can be specifically addressed. Beginners and advanced participants can benefit from the program as everyone is integrated where they are at any given time.
The course starts with a 10-minute warm-up, followed by partner work. Each of the partner rounds takes us one step further. Part of the exercises are: Breathing, concentration, respect, control. After each round, the partner is changed and we learn to adapt to new situations in a creative, sporty and agile way.
This event will be in German and/or English depending on participant needs.
