Description

we are village co‑working day

with Eric LeRouge

we are village co‑working day is a full day of calm, focused work in our beautiful space, hosted by our community, volunteers, and facilitators.
We’re creating a queer‑safe, respectful, and welcoming environment where you can get things done — and, if you feel like it, also connect, exchange expertise, and build relationships with other queer working bees who are based in Berlin or visiting.
Bring your laptop, work on what matters to you, and let conversations happen naturally.

What to expect

  • A quiet, queer friendly co‑working setup in our space
  • Optional coffee breaks and space for spontaneous sparring/feedback
  • A shared lunch around 12:30 (paid individually)

No panels, no pitches, no forced introductions — just work, good company, and room to breathe.

Eric Le Rouge is one of the co-founders of We Are village and director of Instinct Berlin – an artistic project focused on local and international queer artists, providing artist residencies since 2015. Formerly involved with creative work in the fashion and marketing industries, Le Rouge has taken an active role in social causes related to the AIDS epidemic, queer and gay rights since the 1990s. Currently, his organisational work at the Stretch Festival, Village and his curatorial practice at Instinct is making an impact on the contemporary queer culture of Berlin.
