Kai Ehrhardt gründete 2016 Village.Berlin (heute: we are village) und 2012 die Somatische Akademie Berlin, wo er administrativ in der Geschäftsführung tätig ist, Veranstaltungen und Aus- sowie Fortbildungen entwickelt, und die STRETCH und BODY IQ Festivals kuratiert und durchführt. Als somatischer Pädagoge unterrichtet er den Erfahrbarer Atem nach Prof. Middendorf und Continuum und besitzt die Zulassung zum Heilpraktiker Psychotherapie. Im Jahr 2002 gründete er Authentic Eros – ein Angebot für schwule, bi und trans Gruppenprozesse rund um Intimität und Berührung, Kommunikation und persönliche Entwicklung.
