Since 1990, the EWA has stood for professional women’s work in the areas of culture, education, consulting and coaching – right in the heart of Berlin, in the central district of Prenzlauer Berg.

EWA’s goal is to empower and support women* and to raise public awareness of feminist issues. With its extensive cultural and advisory services, EWA has become an integral part of the Berlin women’s scene.

EWA means, among other things: computer workshop, jewelry workshop, extensive course offerings, diverse consultations, women’s galleries and weekly events on political, social and cultural topics.

EWA is also a meeting place for women* and lesbians from all over Berlin and is visited by women* from Europe and overseas.
