GLADT is a self-organization of Black and people of color lesbians, gays, bisexuals, trans*, inter*, and queer people in Berlin. They are committed on various levels against racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, ableism, and other forms of discrimination. A particular focus of their work is on the issues of multiple discrimination and intersectionality, i.e., the intersections/overlaps and interactions of different forms of discrimination and the specific experiences that come with them.
