Dating Through Sketching with Martin Dieudonné

Join us for a unique drawing workshop focused on connection, process, and the beauty of the human form.

No need for technique and let’s forget about perfection. This workshop is about observing, feeling, and meeting each other through sketching.

Participants will work in pairs, taking turns drawing each other on large sheets of paper. Guided by the artist, you are invited to let your body move and your lines flow.

This is a relaxed and open space. We encourage a physical and sensual approach to the drawing, allowing you to build a connection with your partner through art. Showing skin is welcome, and while nudity is a possibility for those who feel comfortable, it absolutely is not mandatory. You are free to participate exactly as you wish.

The goal is simple: to slow down, appreciate the natural beauty of our bodies, and connect with another person through the simple act of looking and drawing. The result of the sketches are not what we are looking for here, the connection is.

Martin Dieudonné is an artist who forges his own path outside traditional art schools. His work explores intimacy and human connection, using paintings and performances to highlight touch, movement, and presence. Rooted in live modeling and queer experiences, Martin’s art invites us to rethink emotional and social relationships, focusing on collective experiences that foster trust and vulnerability.

He splits his time between Berlin and the tranquil landscapes of Faucogney-et-la-Mer in France.

In these monthly sessions, you are invited to express yourself by making visual art. The focus is on process, not outcomes. We aim to open a channel to our personal creativity, while forging deeper connections with our inner selves and to each other. No special skills or “talent” is required, only the willingness to actively engage with a sense of curiosity.
