During each session we will engage with a range of activities, such as somatic movement practices, dance, drawing, and meditation, to nurture our personal creativity and forge deeper connections with our inner selves.
We will also have the opportunity to share our experiences with others in the group, fostering a sense of community and support. These sessions are crafted for people with all levels of experience, to empower individuals and inspire creative engagement within ourselves and the world around us.
