Film Night - What Will I Become?

More than 50% of trans boys have attempted suicide. Through two life stories, directors Lexie (hi!) and Logan explore why their community is particularly vulnerable when it comes to living quietly and dying quietly. The film weaves the directors’ own experiences with the stories of Blake Brockington and Kyler Prescott—two young trans men, poets, musicians, and community activists—and traces their joys and struggles, their deaths, the media attention, and the aftermath in their communities. Alongside these stories, the film also highlights resources that strengthen trans boys and the entire LGBTIQ+ community, and offers an understanding of suicide prevention.
The film won the AG Kino-Gilde – Cinema Vision 14plus Award in the Generation section (Feb. 21, 2026).

Sebastián Arcos is a Colombian creative and activist based in Berlin, working at the intersection of design, curation, and cultural production. In Colombia, they co-founded Maricafest!, a festival celebrating queer identities, and serve on the board of Más Que Tres Letras, an HIV awareness foundation. In Berlin, Sebastián collaborates with We Are Village on marketing, communication, and curatorial projects, including the Instinct Art Project. They also work as a philanthropy consultant with Give Out Germany, developing strategies to strengthen funding for LGBTIQ+ initiatives in the global south.
